Hi, I'm Raj Solanki!

I'm a comic artist and freelance illustrator based in Waco, Texas. Ransom is my first webcomic series, written and illustrated by me. My fascination with art started at a young age through exposure to some of the best cartoons to ever hit the small screen. Batman, Spider-man, and X-Men animated shows fueled my love for comic books.

Since then I have worked to perfect my craft. I have illustrated a children's book and worked as a freelance storyboard artist for brands such as Monopoly, Nerf, Nissan, and Play-Doh.

My passion is visual storytelling. The cross between words and images to communicate to an audience and the creativity it takes to do it effectively.
